Slow Computer Salvation.com is a website dedicated to one of the most frustrating problems computer users face. Almost everyone who owns a computer will eventually notice their computer starting to slow down over time. Unfortunately, a lot of people don’t know what their options are when they have a slow computer. How do you speed up your computer? Some folks spend lots of money taking their computer to a repair shop or spend hundreds if not thousands on a brand new computer system. Please also be aware, that the majority of advice on this site is geared towards PC users.

Let’s be honest,  if a computer system is ancient, no amount of financially-realistic upgrades, virus scans, registry cleaners are likely to make a big difference to fix your slow computer. Sometimes it’s best just to bite the bullet and accept the fact it’s time to go and purchase a new computer.  However, having said that, the majority of people fall into the category where their computer is within 5 or so years old and has slowed down a great deal since it was purchased. We do our best to provide free or low-cost options and strategies that should go a long way in helping out our readers speed up a computer.
